Actif Epica 2019

Actif Epica is a human powered event where participants choose their mode of transport over one of three distances, 200km (bikes), 162km (run), or 125km (bikes or running). The event takes place in South Eastern Manitoba and follows along the historic Crow-Wing Trail from the respective starting locations, through a number of rural communities in Manitoba to the heart of downtown Winnipeg at The Forks.
