Arabia Divide is a non-stop, mixed-terrain, unsupported ultracycling event across the spectacular mountains of southwestern Saudi Arabia. Following a fixed route of approximately 1,450 km with over 30,000 metres of elevation gain, riders will cross four regions through dramatic mountain passes, remote villages, fast-flowing tarmac, rugged secondary roads, gravel sectors and technical off-road sections. Designed to reveal one of the world’s most unexpected cycling destinations, the route combines breathtaking scenery with a relentless physical and mental challenge.
Arabia Divide embraces the principles of true self-supported ultracycling. Riders must complete the course without any private assistance, relying solely on publicly available services for food, water, accommodation and mechanical support. The race clock never stops—there are no stages, no mandatory rest periods and no support crews. Success is determined not only by strength and endurance, but also by sound judgment, efficient time management, navigation, sleep strategy and self-reliance.
From the Green Mountains to the Red Sea, Arabia Divide is an invitation to discover a side of Saudi Arabia that few have ever experienced—one pedal stroke at a time.
