BAM! is the first European meeting for cycle-travelers. Group rides, workshops, meetings, speeches, contests, books, music, parties… the event for those who choose a horizon, a pair of wheels, and the wind in their face.
BAM! Bicycle Adventure Meeting is World’s largest gathering dedicated to bicycle travel and adventure cycling. Each year, thousands of riders from across the world converge in northern Italy to celebrate the bicycle not as a sport tool, but as a means of exploration, connection, and freedom.
Set in the historic grounds of Villa Contarini, BAM! blends a relaxed festival atmosphere with a deeply human spirit. Riders arrive after journeys of any distance, from nearby towns to transcontinental routes, creating a temporary community built around shared stories, meals, and the simple joy of arriving by bike.
The program unfolds over three days and nights with talks, workshops, outdoor films, live music, and spontaneous conversations under the trees. World travelers, first-time bikepackers, writers, and framebuilders share experiences on equal footing, reinforcing BAM!’s ethos: everyone has a story worth telling.
