The Empire Lands is the wild side of the Race Across Italy.

Inspired to the Roman Empire and its old famous roads, with a track of about 880km and 12000mt D+ for 70% off main streets, is a gravel challenge in bikepacking mode where you’ll dream to conquer Rome and back to the start.

The route start form Silvi Marina crossing three regions, four National Parks, two times into the Appennine touching both the Tirrenian and the Adratic sea.

Along Empire Lands you’ll discover some epic old roads (like Via Appia, Via Francigena), amazing landscape in remote mountains area, breathtaking colours in Costa dei Trabocchi,thousand years old towns and Rome is Rome! Start from Silvi on May 7th, 2022
