This will be the Sixth Running of the Fakahatchee grind, and in honor of this momentus occasion, we are offering qualified riders the Opportunity to ride a 250-mile route that starts and ends at Fakahatchee. The entries for the 250-mile option will be done in a lottery format. There will be 50 lottery tickets available at 10$ each. The catch is only 30 folks will be randomly selected to be able to participate in the first running of this route.

In the event you are not selected, you will be able to get a 10$ credit to participate in one of the other routes offered during the event. Riders who are planning on participating in the 250-mile option will be expected to start on Friday, April 3rd at 12pm.

We are starting at Fakahatchee HQ and they are offering camping for five dollars a night per person. Camping will be available for Friday, April 3rd and Saturday, April 4th. This is a spectacular opportunity to camp in one of the most unique habitats in the southeast. All Camping is primitive with water & bathrooms available. RV’s and Campers are welcome, but be advised there are no hookups.
