GRAVAL EXTREME Spain (2024)

GRAVAL EXTREME is an 800km off-road event with 12,500 md+ through the Mediterranean forests, the central plateau and the Teruel mountains. You will have 130 hours to complete the route being completely self-sufficient.

Much of the route runs through forest tracks and rural roads so you can enjoy an off-road and bikepacking adventure in its purest form. You will also find paved areas in poor condition, some paths and several Hike&Bike sections that will put you to the limit. You will find the highest point of the route at the Pico de Javalambre at more than 2,000m altitude. You will travel through very remote areas where choosing your stopping strategy will be key. The route will have six virtual checkpoints.
