Two different loops based out of beautiful Gunnison, Colorado – both equally rowdy and amazing…
The Loopy Loop is back and better than ever! Still planning on Labor Day Weekend with an early start on Saturday Morning, September 3rd, 4:AM start in Downtown Gunnison, Co.
There will be the usual Two Loops to chose from, the Shortie with 207 miles and 30,000′ of climbing and descending and the Biggie with 304 miles and 44,000′ of vertical madness. These are hard trail riding loops that start and end in Gunny, both have lots of hike a bike and difficult riding. They are also going to be awesome, think these are the best Loopy Loops I have created, with great trails, amazing places and good resupply options. Self Supported Rules Apply.
There are a couple of sections on both loops that I need to try and see on the ground before these routes are 100% official, but I am pretty sure these are a Go! Hope to see some folks in September!
