The 2024 Gunny Loopy Loop is on for Saturday, August 31st, 4:00 am start in downtown Gunnison, Colorado. This year’s route clocks about 255 miles and estimated 37,000” of climbing. Low point around 7500’, Hi point is about 12,500’. Resupply at mile 75, 100, 180, and a little at 217-ish. Plenty of surface water, lots of hike a bike and alpine epicness. Self supported rules apply. Going to be some kind of pre-party the night before.
