22+ miles of single track – 92 miles of pavement – 246+ miles of gravel and B roads.

Interlude is a self supported race. Located right in the middle of Missouri. Every road and trail has been hand selected by your race organizer to give you the experience of a lifetime. Beginning at Redwheel bike shop in Jefferson city and reaching as far as longbranch lake just west of Macon, circling back across the Missouri river to California and back.
