The Italy Divide has been improved for 2021, Pompei is the new starting point, and we’ll be passing through a new region Umbria. Following fast rolling gravel roads (Francigena/Eurovelo 7) with quite a few technical mountain bike trails in between (via degli Dei/Monte Baldo/Lessinia), exploring the wild and remote parts of Italy with a fantastic mix of history along the way.

You’ll cross Pompei, Naples, Reggia di Caserta, Rome, Siena, Strade Bianche in Tuscany, Florence, Bologna, Mantova and Verona.

Take your time to enjoy some of the most beautiful country in the world, to eat the best food and to drink the best wine! A unique and exciting bikepacking and trail running journey through Italy. 1,250km and 22,000m of pure fun!
