KÕKÕVA 900/500 is a fixed-route, self-supported, single-stage bikepacking race through the Estonian wilderness. The loop goes through Estonia’s main islands, starting and finishing in the capital, Tallinn.

The route follows gravel roads, singletrack and doubletrack, with some tough off-road and hike-a-bike sections.

This year, ferries will play a big role in the race. The longer (900 km) route will have three crossings, and the shorter (500 km) route will have two. The ferry rides give riders a chance to rest and resupply, but also testing their nerves if they miss one.
