The Lazio Trail is a tour of the cradle of occidental civilization, of lakes and legends, of thermal spas and history, of ancient roads and verdant hills.
Three different routes to discover Lazio Region starting from Rome.

An adventure from the Capital of the Roman Empire to the Etruscan Sea through the most beautiful pilgrimage routes in Europe (Via Francigena, St. Benedict Way) and Ancient Roman roads (Appian Way).
Following the traces left by ancient civilizations you will ride through the most remote corners of the region enjoying breathtaking sceneries, endless valleys and mountain paths.
You will cross places rich in history and spirituality, parks and nature reserves such as the Regional Natural Park of Monti Simbruini, Monti Navegna and Lucretili, the Turano and Salto lakes, the Natural Reserve of Vico Lake, Tuscania and its Romanesque churches and towers, Tarquinia with its etruscan necropolis (UNESCO Heritage).
How you experience this adventure is up to you: solo or sharing the road with new and old friends, sleeping in hotels and B&B or out in the open air. The choice is yours!
