UPDATE (Ride Recap): The Maury Mosey Bikepacking trip was a perfect season finale for the shop! We rode through remote farmlands, through canyons, along rivers, and dense ponderosa forests, giving everyone a complete tour of what Central Oregon has to offer! We had both locals and out of state riders join us, and lucked out with bright sunny days, and only one night that got below freezing… – Good Bike Co. For photos from the group ride check out the following link

We will be hosting another partially supported bikepacking trip from Good Bike Co. on Saturday October 7th through Monday 9th. This trip will be a three-day, two-night ride along the scenic Crooked River and through the Maury Mountains! You carry all of your own gear, and we provide breakfasts, dinners, and ride food/water at aid stops along the route – not to mention good company and a fun camp atmosphere!

$65 REGISTRATION fee includes:
– Full dinner provided upon arrival to camp both Saturday and Sunday evenings
– Breakfast Sunday and Monday mornings
– Route information/gps tracks/daily cue sheets
– Aid stops Sunday and Monday with water and ride food
– Sag support

THE ROUTE will be approximately 110 miles over three days, totaling around 8000 ft. of elevation gained, over a mixture of pavement, gravel, and dirt roads. A gravel bike, cyclocross bike, or hardtail mountain bike would be ideal for this ride – keep in mind you will need tires that can handle dirt roads and gearing that will be sufficient for climbing said dirt roads with a bike full of gear.

THE RIDE is for both new and seasoned bikepackers and tourers alike. The idea is that you will be self-sufficient in terms of gear (sleeping setup, clothing, etc.), and Good Bike Co. will be providing meals, nutrition/water stops, and emergency support. You will be permitted one small (backpack-sized) bag to place in the support van for any items you would like to have upon arrival to camp. (Please note these bags may not be available during the day, so be sure to have any important items you may need while pedaling packed on your bike.)

Please don’t hesitate to stop in, email, or call with any questions about the trip, your gear, or bike setup recommendations. We’d love to help get you and your bike adventure-ready – it’s what we do!
