Pack-Palooza 2022

Self-supported, low-key bikepacking event with unlimited route options via rail-trail, gravel or pavement. Pack up your bags, choose a starting point, and route yourself to Basecamp Flint Hills in Allen Kansas. Ride solo or connect with a group from your local cycling community. Great chance to test out new gear and compare notes with like-minded, cool people.

Basecamp Flint Hills has shaded acreage for tent camping, a few hammock trees, water, warm shower, port-a-potty and plenty of firewood.

NOTE: There is no place to buy food in Allen. Plan to haul your own provisions or include a convenience store stop on your route. Nearest convenience/grocery stores are a minimum of 15 miles away in Council Grove, Osage City, Eskridge, Americus, Burlingame or Emporia.
