Poorirando 2025

PÖÖRIRANDO is an 24h adventurous bike race to enjoy the whitest night of the year. You can take it as a leisurely hike or try to rock as many kilometers as possible. Checkpoints are located in the wilderness and on road, which allows you to choose the right bike, course and riding style for you. Each rider will receive a manifest with checkpoints to collect points, which means that the winner might not be the one with the most km-s, but the best planner. You can participate alone or with a group (all competing in one race-that isn’t a race).

This year’s Pöörirando area covers borderland of Estonia and Latvia around Valga/Valka.

There are 50 checkpoints across 7 categories, and you have 24 hours to collect as many as you can. Checkpoints have different values, and if you gather enough CPs from a single category, you’ll earn bonus points. Strategy is key!

Every rider can decide for themselves how much they want to ride—take it easy, collect some points, and rest at the base during the ride, or push through the night.
