Race Across Italy 2022

In the #RAI2020 participants will have to study and plan their route, they will have to know how to manage navigation, logistics, trust in themselves, the obligatory passage to the mandatory Check Points (CP) will allow them to ride through some of the most beautiful landscapes and cities of our beautiful country. Easy to say , but extremely difficult to apply as there are so many variables. Many will live it as a competition, while many will ride only to finish it. Our vision for RAI2020 was not to make the toughest race in the world but to allow you to live it as an amazing experience Across Italy, every year different from the previous one. This is why 2022 edition will head Central/Southern Italy.

RAI 2020 Check Points (CP) in 2022 edition will be, in the order:
1st CP -> Matera
2nd CP -> Capo Rizzuto
3rd CP -> Melito di Porto Salvo (Capo Sud)
4th CP -> Etna Vulcano
5th CP -> Sorrento
Start & Finish Line : Silvi Marina (TE)

RAI775 Race across Italy is the first Italian Ultracycling event: a double Tirreno-Adriatico that crosses 4 regions, cuts the Apennines twice touching the two seas, and after 775 km and over 10,500 meters of elevation returns to Silvi. It’s Qualifying Race for the Race Across America (RAAM) and is included in the World Ultracycling Association Calendar for the 500 Miles Challenge.

RAI300 is a non stop Sprint Challenge starting from Silvi (TE) and open to the participation of soloists (both self-supported and with vehicle) and teams of 2, 4 cyclists (in relay). KM: 300 – D+:4600 M
