The 2nd annual running of a 1,111 mile bikepacking race roughly following the Santa Fe Trail from New Franklin, MO. to Santa Fe, NM. Roughly 700 miles of off road surface. Recommended tire size is 38 with minimal traction and lots of clearance. Sections of the course under heavy rains can cause mud clogging. A few miles of sand, a few hundred miles of rail trails, nearly a hundred miles of canal roads, and up to 100 miles between services.
