The Sea To Peak is a self-supported bikepacking event following a route between Brittany and Queyras through the center of France…
This off-road event will take you across France from west to east on paths, tracks, and small roads far from the main roads.
With a distance of 2,280km (1,416 miles) and a vertical gain of 42,000m, this challenge is to be completed in 15 days maximum.
The start takes place in Brittany, at the tip of Corsen, the most western point of continental France. The finish is in the highest village in Europe: St Véran, in the heart of the French Alps and the Queyras area. The central part passes through the sparsely populated landscapes of the Massif Central.
More than half of the track is above 800/900 m altitude. The final part includes a pass at 2400m, a finish at 2040m, and the ascent of Mont Ventoux.
The 5th edition will occur from July 19th to August 3rd, 2025. In the heart of summer, come and experience an adventure that will make you surpass yourself.
