This tough but stunning route features nearly 23,000 feet of climbing on primarily gravel and dirt roads while traversing parts of the Monongahela National Forest and four state parks in Maryland. The route begins and finishes in the picturesque small town of Oakland, MD, once voted the best small town in the U.S. Along the route, racers will get the opportunity to see countless vistas, virgin hemlock forests, and all the majesty of the ancient Appalachians.

The grand depart rolls at 7 AM on September 14th, 2024 from the Tiny Corner Bike Shop.
