Considering it’s a personal favorite, I’m excited to report that the Revelate Designs Pronghorn is back in stock after undergoing a few changes. For those unfamiliar, the Pronghorn is a minimalist, lightweight handlebar system that Revelate claims is “race-focused.” It’s a stripped-down bar mounted system, but I’d argue that it’s equally at home traveling abroad at a snail’s pace as it is going fast on the Colorado Trail. I’ve been regularly using my Pronghorn since it was released back in 2018, and it’s held up perfectly well. As Dusty mentioned in the video above, the latest Pronghorn comes with a completely revamped double-ended drybag that’s designed to provide easy access to contents. The new drybag is made from a light gray Challenge Ultra 200 UHMWPE and comes in three sizes.
The new 2023 Revelate Pronghorn system sells for $145-160 and is available to purchase today at RevelateDesigns.com. Revelate let us know that supplies are limited, so if you’re interested, I’d recommend jumping on it.
