This year’s Lost Elephant Ultra Race in British Columbia, Canada, followed a 310 or 480-kilometer route through the East Kootenays, challenging riders with rough tracks, hike-a-bike, and scorching temperatures that tested everyone’s limits. Among the finishers was 51-year-old Dean Anderson, who put together a video recap of his ride and shares his thoughts on whether or not he’s too old for these types of events.
