The 2024 Silk Road Mountain Race took off from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, on Friday. It follows a 1,938-kilometer route through some of the country’s most rugged and remote terrain. Well into the second full day of the race, the fastest riders are almost halfway through the route, leaving the first checkpoint behind and making their way to checkpoint two at kilometer 993.
Once again, the organizers are releasing podcast episodes for the 2024 Silk Road Mountain Race, bringing another interesting angle to their normal social media coverage.
