Neil’s latest video runs through our recently published 2025 Bikepacking Gear of the Year. In it, he discusses his personal experiences with the gear that made our awards list, as well as a bit about our selection process for items that receive honors. As Neil mentions, we take great pride in the independence of our reviews and try to make our selection process as detailed and varied in perspective as possible. With a wide-ranging mix of great gear being recognized in this year’s awards, Neil also dedicated an entirely different video to the bikes that were recognized.
