The Swift Campout is a global call to pack your bags and pedal off for a night outside, and this year’s edition is just around the corner on June 21st and 22nd. Whether you’re in the mood for a solo getaway or feel like riding out with a group of new or old friends, we invite you to document your journey in a 90-second video and enter it into the 2025 Swift Campout Video Challenge for a chance to win a grand prize package worth $5,000! You don’t need professional gear, either. Your phone is more than adequate, and we’re seeking creativity, hilarity, and beauty in any form, regardless of production value.
In tandem with the crew at Swift Industries, we’ll judge submissions and publish our favorites here on the site, announcing the winner in early July. To enter, simply share your video on Instagram and tag @swiftindustries @bikepackingcom #swiftcampout #swiftcampoutvideochallenge in your post. You’ll also need to upload your video file here. Note that we won’t be able to see your entry on Instagram if your account is private! Submissions are due by the end of Saturday, June 28th.
Grand Prize Package
The creator of this year’s best video will receive an enormous bundle of goodies worth more than $5,000. The package includes a complete Pelago Stavanger bike, a full suite of bags from Swift Industries, an Aero Custom Comp Wheelset from Velocity, Widefoot Cargo Cages, a cutlery set from Full Windsor, a $200 Nomadix gift card, a rack and basket from Old Man Mountain, a shirt from Party Shirt International, a £100 gift card from Passenger Clothing, a toolkit and palette from Art Toolkit, a $100 gift card from Cnoc Outdoors, a coffee kit from Coava Coffee, a camp saw and $50 gift card from Gear Aid, a Field tube and accessories from Nocs Ptovisions, an Encase Pump and a pair of Morse Cages from Wolf Tooth Components, and a sleep system from Zen Bivy.
Last Year’s Winning Video
The winner of the 2024 Swift Campout Video Challenge was Haetam Attamimy from Indonesia, who shared a charming short from his home island of Lombok with a group of friends. Setting out early to avoid the midday heat, their 75-kilometer Swift Campout ride featured a stop at a river in the middle of the forest and a serene stretch of beach.
