Long known as a go-to entry-level option, the State 4130 All-Road has been updated once again. With clearance for bigger tires and new, competitive drivetrain options, the 2026 edition of this budget-minded gravel bike is even more enticing than before. Dig into all the details below…

The 2026 State All-Road isn’t too different from prior versions of this well-known, budget-focused gravel bike. Miles took a look at an earlier edition, noting that while it had some issues, the value this bike presents is hard to look past. Now, a few years after its initial release, the newest version offers improved tire clearance and more drivetrain options. With little in the way of geometry changes—the fork is 18mm taller, slightly improving stack height—the new 4130 All-Road model can fit 700 x 55mm or 650b x 60mm tires and comes stock with State Bicycle Co. branded cable-actuated hydraulic brakes.

The new 12-speed drivetrain is the stock option, and looks similar to the Sensah components used on early iterations of the bike. SRAM RIVAL and Transmission drivetrain upgrades are available, but each costs an additional $1,000. There’s also the option to add a wheelset upgrade to any 4130 All-Road purchase, including one 29″ and one 27.5″ wheelset, for an additional $300. Other upgrades include the ability to add cargo and bottle cages, a different saddle or pedals, and to have the stock wheels come tubeless-ready. The 2026 4130 All-Road is UDH-compatible, starts at $1,000, and comes in two colors: Alpine Bloom and Root Beer.
