Bike Camp Co-op Finds (October 9th, 2025)

We launched our Bikepacking Collective Basecamp tools in March, and we’re proud to see it continue to provide quality used gear for many of our members. With over 1,000 Bike Camp Co-op buy/sell/trade listings of used bikes, components, bags, camping gear, and other good stuff, we’re continuing our series spotlighting interesting finds from around the Co-op. I rounded up several fresh items, including some excellent bikes, bags, components, and more. If you’re in the market, jump in and take a look below.

Bikes

There are some great complete bikes and framesets in the Co-op right now, like this Esker Hayduke with a suspension fork and 12-speed drivetrain, a Surly Karate Monkey with some extra add-ons, a very clean complete Esker Japhy, Tom Norman’s Crust Lightning Bolt frameset, and this complete Otso Fenrir Stainless.

Bags

Bags tend to fly off the shelves in the Co-op, but these direct mount Swift fork bags, a HMPL 137 basket bag, an Old Man Mountain Atlas rack pack, a this vintage Swift Rando bag are still available!

Components and Racks

There are more than a few interesting offerings in these sections of the Co-op, like this Velo orange front rack, these Old Man Mountain Phat Wide Sherpa racks, a King Cage Longer Thing Cage set, a set of Klampers and Love levers, a Silver PNW LTD dropper, or this Sram GX Eagle 12 Speed Derailleur with Ratio Components cage.

Gear and Accessories

The gear section features a few gems, like this Katadyn Hiker Pro water filter, an MSR WindPro stove, an Outdoor Research Helium bivy, or this DZ Outfitters pot.
