Week after week, there’s plenty of exceptional used gear being added to the Bike Camp Co-op. In our first Co-op Finds roundup of 2026, we highlight a Santa Cruz Chameleon, racks from Old Man Mountain and Pass and Stow, Ortlieb Panniers, and much more…
We launched our Bikepacking Collective Basecamp tools in March of last year, and we’re proud to see them continue to provide value for many of our members. Approaching almost 2,000 Bike Camp Co-op buy/sell/trade listings of used bikes, components, bags, camping gear, and other good stuff, we’re continuing our series spotlighting interesting finds from around the Co-op. I rounded up several fresh items, including some great bikes, bags, components, and more. If you’re in the market, jump in and take a look below.
Bikes
There are some real winners in the bikes section, like this 2020 Santa Cruz Chameleon, Tanglefoot Hardtack XL, a 55cm Salsa Journeyer frameset, this medium Surly Krampus with custom bags, and a dreamy Esker Hayduke frame.
Bags
The bags section of the Co-op features some solid options, including this PDW Gear Belly, a North St. Pannier, a set of Ortlieb Panniers, Salsa Anything Cages, a Revelate Designs Sandur framebag, and this HMPL 137 basket bag.
Components and Racks
Both the racks and components sections of the Co-op feature some unique items, such as this Pass and Stow rack, an Old Man Mountain Divide rack, Tumbleweed Titanium Pannier rack, a DT Swiss XMC 1200 wheelset, a Shimano Deore 12 speed mini groupset, and a set of Maxxis Ardent 29 x 2.4 tires.
Gear and Accessories
Finally, there are some great gear options in the Co-op, including this Klymit Inertia X frame mattress, a Montbell Seamless Down Hugger, an Outdoor Research Helium bivy, an Aqua Quest tarp, and this MSR whisperlite stove.
Thanks again to all of our members who continue to support our efforts (and post their used gear on the Basecamp Bike Camp Co-op). It means a lot to our small team. For readers who are unfamiliar, you can learn more about Basecamp here. The Bike Camp Co-op module enables our members to buy, sell, and trade bikes, components, camping equipment, bikepacking bags, and accessories with like-minded folks in the Bikepacking Collective. Plus, you can find excellent members-only deals on gear our team has reviewed and received. Note that you must be a Sustainer or Builder to list items, but all members can shop. Get signed up here:
