Heads up! The deadline to join our Bikepacking Collective and have your membership start with Issue 07 of The Bikepacking Journal is this Sunday, October 17th, at 11:59 p.m. EDT. If you join after the cutoff, you’ll have to wait until spring 2022 to receive your first issue.

The complete collection of stories featured in The Bikepacking Journal is only available in print. In our seventh issue’s 160 colorful pages, we follow a fresh bunch of writers and photographers as they pedal down the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route, through the Dolomites, across Alaska, around Central Asia, and more. We also pay tribute to the late Iohan Gueorguiev, whose “See the World” videos inspired countless bikepackers over the years.

As a thank you to our members, we’ll be including a 53 x 40 cm (21 x 16″) version of Australian artist Alex Hotchin’s “Bikepacking the World” map with each issue. It’s a beautifully detailed hand-illustrated map that includes dozens of iconic bikepacking routes around the world, plus a vibrant array of rich and colorful imagery associated with the various corners of the world through which they travel.
