Last fall, news of Farr’s Aero Gravel Handlebar generated quite a bit of chatter here on the site. The incorporated aero extension is designed to provide a slightly tucked riding position, additional hand positions, and more places to lash gear. Just announced, their new Aero MTB Alloy Handlebar offers similar benefits, but for those running flat mountain bike bars. It’s constructed from Alloy 6061-T6, has a moderate 6° back sweep, and is 760mm wide. Farr claims their new bar can add comfort to your mountain bike and is best suited for “stage racing, bikepacking and endurance riding.” You’ll also notice from the bottom righthand photo that Farr will be releasing a bag to fit inside the aero extension—stay tuned for details on that.
