Fearless Bikes from Brighton, UK, just shared news of the return of the Fearless Vulture, their big-tired, go-anywhere drop-bar bike, which is packed with bikepacking-friendly features and “made for long days, weeks, or months in saddle, both on and off the road,” as the small brand puts it. Key features include modern all-day gravel geometry; a double-butted chromoly steel frame with matching steel adventure fork; room for 29 x 2.2″ or 27.5 x 2.4″ tires; compatibility with 1x or 2x drivetrains; mounts for front and rear racks, fenders, two bottles, and three Anything-style cages; a tapered headtube that’s ready for a carbon fork; a 68mm English threaded bottom bracket; and flat-mount brakes.

The updated Fearless Vulture Mk2 is offered in Mid Atlantic Green and Warm Grey, the two colors pictured here. A frameset costs £865 ($1,110) with UK VAT or £721 ($925) for buyers outside of the UK, which includes the frame and fork, front and rear axles, seat collar, hose clips, zip ties, and a full suite of round-cap stainless steel bolts. The medium frame weighs in at 2.28 kilograms (5 pounds), and the fork adds another 1.15 kilograms (2.5 pounds) with an uncut 310mm steerer.

The Vulture Mk2 frame is constructed from double-butted chromoly steel road tubing and comes with a well-equipped steel fork with plenty of mounts. Its geometry has been tweaked to feature more top tube slope and better standover clearance, higher stack, shorter reach, and increased tire clearance. The frame also sports an in-house-designed derailleur hanger and rear dropouts, and compatibility with single or double front chainrings further opens up build possibilities. Frames are ED coated to help combat corrosion. See the full geometry chart below.
