It’s exciting to see the project coming together, with the first round of classes scheduled to start in November. Classes range from traditional two-week programs with no experience required to in-depth weeklong programs for existing builders looking to expand their knowledge and skills. Foundational multi-day seminars will also be offered, covering a variety of fabrication methods and topics. A star-studded list of guest instructors will lead classes, with Firsthand’s in-house builders assisting and teaching specific classes. Guest instructors for 2026/27 include Mike DeSalvo, Tony Pereira, Joseph Ahearne, Bob Kamzelski, Oscar Camarena, and Tony Batcheller.
