News from around the bikepacking world…
BIKEPACKING OVERNIGHT SULLA VIA DEL SALE
Andrea Romano’s latest beautifully shot video chronicles a scentic two-day bikepacking tour through the Maritime Alps. It’s all in Italian, but the vistas speak for themselves, and you can enable YouTube’s auto-translated captions in your language of choice.
La grande Traversee du Massif Central
In April, Antoine Willemart set off on a solo bikepacking trip across the Massif Central, covering around 655 kilometers with 12,450 meters of climbing over eight days. April was still very early to pedal through the region, and the cold and wind accompanied him daily, which he says took him out of his comfort zone from start to finish. You can find the full route guide in the Further Reading grid below.

Shedding a little light on a route one of us is dreaming about riding at the moment…
Johan Wahl: Argentina
Lately, the idea of another long bikepacking journey has been calling to me strongly—something big, gruelling, and far from home. And one route that captures my imagination like no other is the Ruta de los Seis Miles, Sur. It’s one of the site’s original big-adventure routes and a major reason I became hooked on this platform five years ago. Then, as now, it’s the first route I gravitate towards when I browse the route network map. Whether it’s the mesmerising landscapes or the sheer remoteness and challenging nature of the route, the Ruta de los Seis Miles speaks to me. Throughout times of hard work and saving, this is the vision that keeps me more motivated than anything else.
