Spotted on Kickstarter, the updated MODL Infinity Tool 2.0 is a new and improved version of the small Denver-based company’s versatile silicone gear strap that features several design tweaks, updated accessories, and a glow-in-the-dark version. More than 500 people have already backed their new crowdfunding campaign, and you can find more details and photos here…

A year after launching the original Infinity Tool on Kickstarter, the small team from MODL Outdoors in Denver is back with a new crowdfunding campaign for the updated MODL Infinity Tool 2.0, which features an improved design and an expanded ecosystem of accessories. Like it’s predecessor, the Infinity Tool 2.0 is a stretchy silicone gear strap that’s cinchable, grippy, can be linked together, and has a 70-pound pull strength. It’s available in 8- and 16-inch lengths in Lavender, Glacier, and Black. The launch of the updated Infinity Tool also includes a revised Studlink 2.0 design that’s easier to secure, an all-new Hookstud (which they say is one of their most-requested accessories), a simple Stacked Stud, and a handful of decorative accessories.

Released alongside the Infinity Tool 2.0, the new GlowTool is a silicone gear strap that charges by any light in seconds, can illuminate a dark room or tent for half an hour, and remains visible for several hours after. It has a 50-pound pull strength and can be used with the same accessories designed for the Infinity Tool. MODL is offering it in Greenglow and Blueminescent, and it comes with a free mini USB flashlight for charging.
