The beloved DT Swiss 350 hubs just received a redesign, including more precise machining, slightly lighter weight, and a new finish. Find the details here…
The DT Swiss 350 hub has been always been a fantastic option for bikepackers due to its reliable design, tool-free maintenance, and proven Star Ratchet engagement system. Unlike a pawl system, the teeth on the Star Ratchet all engage simultaneously, distributing the load more evenly across the freehub. Although the 350 series hubs don’t come with the higher-end Star Ratchet EXP internals, the overall aesthetics are now much more comparable to the 240 EXP hubs thanks to more precise machining, which has also made them a dozen or so grams lighter. The 350 Hubs now also come with notched end caps, which makes them easier to remove for maintenance or repair.
DT Swiss 350 hubs are available with standard Shimano, SRAM XD, and Shimano MicroSpline freehub bodies, with either J-bend or straight pull spokes, and most hub standards out there. Learn more at DTSwiss.com.
