The new Swift Industries Gemini Cargo Pack features a rigid canister design and a roll-top closure and is meant to attach securely to your favorite cargo cage. Find photos and essential details here…
The new Gemini Cargo Pack was one of several new products Swift Industries teased at last year’s inaugural MADE bike show. We were able to take a closer look at it back then (pictured above), and its rigid body and simple attachment system showed promise as a cargo cage bag.
The Swift Industries Gemini Cargo Pack uses a rigid HDPE liner to hold a cylindrical shape and attaches to any cargo cage using two hypalon-reinforced velcro straps. The pack is designed to maintain its shape no matter what’s inside, which Swift says is “a common hassle with many existing designs.” It has a roll-top closure, a vertical daisy chain on the sides for attaching small items, and can hold up to 4L of gear. The 5″ diameter was chosen specifically to hold a 1L backpacking pot and fuel canister, but it also looks ideal for stashing extra water, sleeping pads, or other awkward items that need a home.
