The Oregon Timber Trail Alliance is gearing up for their 2021 trail stewardship season and they need your help. Make a donation before May 31st and you’ll get yourself a free gift, including a water bottle, illustrated map, or embroidered hat. Learn more here…
The Oregon Timber Trail is a beautiful 668-mile bikepacking route that spans Oregon’s diverse landscapes from California to the Columbia River Gorge. As you can imagine, a lot of work goes into maintaining such a vast trail, especially considering over half of the route follows singletrack that’s prone to downed trees, forest fires, and requires regular maintenance. The Oregon Timber Trail Alliance volunteers have logged over 10,000 hours since 2017, valued at $280,000, but there’s still a lot more work to be done.
In preparation for this year’s stewardship events, the Oregon Timber Trail Alliance is providing some cool incentives to get folks to make a donation. If you donate $50, they’ll send you an insulated Purist water bottle lined with the watercolor map artwork. At $100, they’ll send you the popular 18×24” giclée watercolor map print. If you donate $150, they’ll send you an Oregon Timber Trail embroidered corduroy cap. And for a donation of $250 or more, they’ll send you all three!
There are just a few days left to support their work as part of this campaign, which ends on May 31st. You can make a donation and learn more at OregonTimberTrail.org.
