Czech Republic-based Posedla is back with an updated version of their 3D-printed, 100% custom saddle we reviewed last year. Find out what’s new with the Posedla Joyseat 2.0 here…

Posedla prides itself in offering a totally custom product. They use a real-world butt imprint, a short questionnaire, and a fancy algorithm to produce a saddle that’s designed specifically for your individual needs and characteristics. The result is a saddle with a custom width and density based on your most common riding position and, of course, the shape of your body. I reviewed the first version last year and was so pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it was that I’m still using it today.

Posedla Joyseat 2

Posedla saw room for improvement and just released the Joyseat 2.0, building on everything the original offered but with new shape and manufacturing process enhancements. So, what’s new? The Joyseat 2.0 has a revised body with a shorter nose and an extended pressure relief channel. The weight has been lowered, with complete saddles starting at just 145 grams, and they’ve increased the number of potential width options to up to 40, from 130mm to 170mm. The average lead time has also decreased from eight to six weeks, and they’ve extended their satisfaction guarantee to 60 days from delivery.
