On Revel Bikes’ recent visit to their carbon manufacturer in Vietnam, they brought along folks from Dream Build Bikes to film a behind-the-scenes look at how they make their bikes. Watch the factory tour video here…

Overseas bicycle manufacturing often stays out of the public eye, but instead of keeping the process hidden, Revel Bikes wanted to bring customers inside. Their latest video documents a recent trip to their carbon frame factory partner in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, demonstrating what really goes into making a Revel frame, including “fresh carbon, precise layup, tight temperature control, and decades of experience at every step,” as Revel puts it.

In the video, they drop-test a 120mm Ranger well beyond downhill standards, CT-scan every frame they make, and quality-check every frame before it ships. If you’ve ever wondered how a carbon Revel is made, or have been curious what steps brands take to make sure their product is right, this 10-minute video is worth watching.
