Our friends over at Search and State just announced that the Search Brigade is back! Learn more here about the upcoming “Brigade Thin Air” ride…
In 2017, NYC’s Search And State set out on a long-distance bike trip across America and for their inaugural Search Brigade. After a pandemic-induced hiatus, SAS just announced that the Brigade is back for an August trip in Colorado. Read the press release below, then scroll down to watch their video from 2017.
For our grand return to adventure, we are taking “Brigade Thin Air” way up high and we are heading to Colorado. On August 22nd we will depart Denver and make our way up to Rocky Mountain National Park for a “warm up” to about 12,000ft. From there we move south to tackle the incredible Mount Evans and climb the highest paved road in North America. The Brigade will summit on Evans at a massive altitude of over 14,000ft. But, we’re not done yet. After Evans, we will cross the Continental Divide by way of Loveland Pass, and then finally grind our way south to climb Independence Pass into Aspen a week later. High Altitude. Mountain Peaks. Canyons. Dirt. Thin Air. This one has it all. The Brigade rolls on!
