Molly Sugar recently pedaled across Korea as part of her ongoing journey to explore her identity as an adoptee, and she created a beautiful 24-page publication documenting the experience. Learn more and buy a copy of her Seoul to Busan zine here…
Longtime contributor and route creator Molly Sugar rode her bike from Seoul to Busan, Korea, and she chronicled the journey in search of reconnection with her motherland in a new 24-page zine that she hopes will highlight the beauty of bike touring in Korea and uplift adoptee stories from across the cycling community.
“I hope it reminds others, especially fellow adoptees, that your story, your way of returning, and your pace are all valid,” wrote Molly of Seoul to Busan. All proceeds from the zine, which measures 5.5 by 8.5 inches and is priced as low as $6 in digital format and $9 in print, will go toward funding her upcoming ride along Korea’s east coast and Jeju Island this fall. Stickers and postcards are also available.
You can find additional details and purchase a copy at Long Distance Studio. The zine is also offered through SimWorks USA and Circles in Japan.
