Two New State 4130 All-Road Colors

First released back in 2020 as a promising sub-$1,000 steel gravel bike, State Bicycle Co. has been busy expanding the 4130 line-up with various build options, limited edition collaborations, flat and drop bar builds, and as of this week, some fresh colors. We spent some time riding a drop-bar build earlier this year, and while we had some critiques, the 4130 All-Road platform has loads of potential at its price point.

State just added two new color options in their $900 flat-bar build option. You have your choice of 700c or 650b wheels (or both for $390) and the build comes equipped with a 1×11 drivetrain, mechanical disc brakes, a matching chromoly steel fork, and all of the mounting options you could ever need for commuting and light-duty bikepacking.
