As reliable as the seasons, the Restrap Solstice Century is back for its fourth edition. Taking place on the solstice weekend of June 18th to 19th, the challenge encourages riders to complete a 100-mile ride on the longest days of the year. The Solstice Century can be completed on any terrain, and even indoors, as long as you go the distance in one shot. We’re looking forward to seeing readers use the endless daylight in the northern hemisphere to put a bikepacking spin on this perennial long-distance challenge.

Restrap Solstice Century Summer 2022

Riders who successfully complete the Solstice Century can submit their ride to receive an exclusive finishers’ patch and will be entered into a prize draw. One lucky rider will take home a huge kit bundle worth over £500 ($615), consisting of a Race Bar Bag, Race Saddle Bag, and Race Frame Bag Small from Restrap’s Adventure Race range, as well as a pair of QUOC’s Gran Tourer II shoes (see our review of those in the Related Content grid below). The competition is open worldwide.
