Within Swift Industries’ greater range of bags, there are several different collections that cater to specific types of riding and tastes. Although some products only exist within a particular line, one of the major differences you’ll see between lines is the main exterior fabric. For example, the Horizon Line is designed around an X10 canvas that combines natural duck cloth with an X-Ply reinforcement layer and a water resistant polyester backing. The Hinterland Collection utilizes the widely popular VX21 X-Pac fabric, a lightweight alternative to the Horizon Line that still offers many of the same qualities. More recently, Swift Industries introduced the Hurricane Ridge line, designed around a futuristic Lite Skin LS42 X-Pac fabric for those looking for the best in weight savings and durability.

Besides being ultralight and highly water resistant, the new LS42 X-Pac is also extremely abrasion resistant, making it ideal for heavy wear items like the Jr. Ranger Panniers and Elwha Pack.
