Tarptent’s latest addition to their Dyneema-constructed Lithium lineup is surely going to be a popular one. The Double Rainbow Li is one-third lighter than than the Silnylon Double Rainbow, but still offers plenty of interior space for two long, wide sleeping pads. The Double Rainbow Li uses a single carbon Easton arch pole and six stakes to set up, but can also use optional straight poles ($32 for two) or hiking poles to be completely freestanding. The tent features a 5″ tall bathtub floor, bug protection, two 26″ deep vestibules, and YKK Aquaguard zippers on both doors. It comes fully seam taped and is available with an optional condensation liner for camping in wintery or humid environments. The Tarptent Double Rainbow Li is made in China, retails for $649 USD, and is set to be available on April 27th from Tarptent.
