As we wrap up another uniquely challenging year, we want to take a moment to wish you all happy holidays, express our gratitude for being part of our community in 2024, and bid you an excellent Good Night 2024 campout…

Looking back, 2024 was a challenging and memorable year, and our small team at BIKEPACKING.com is deeply thankful to you, our incredible community, for making it a meaningful one. Your stories, route contributions, participation, and engaging discussions in the (sometimes spirited) conversation have been invaluable. And a special thanks goes out to all of our Bikepacking Collective members who keep this independent platform going.

As the year draws to a close, we wish you happy holidays, however you choose to celebrate, and invite you to join our annual Good Night local overnighter challenge starting tomorrow, December 21st, and running through the 31st. Take the opportunity to recharge and dream about the big adventures awaiting in 2025. If you haven’t already, sign up to share your campout for a chance to win! Good Night 2024 is a local overnighter challenge between December 21st and 31st that invites everyone to sleep under the stars, have a good night outdoors, and blissfully send off the year.
