For as long as we can remember, TranzX dropper posts weren’t easily available to consumers residing in North America for aftermarket purchase, but that’s all about to change. TranzX has partnered with a US-based distribution company, Dialed Distribution, to make TranzX products immediately available to people in the US, Canada, and Mexico. TranzX North America is also providing warranty support and service support to customers and IBDs for both aftermarket and OE products. At this time the support is limited to dropper posts and levers but may extend to additional products in the future.
This is an exciting partnership, as we’ve tested several bikes specced with TranzX dropper posts with positive results (including the recently reviewed Salsa Timberjack) so we’re keen to see more of them out there. Currently, TranzX North America distribution offers five new dropper posts and levers with compatibility for both MTB, Gravel, and Commuter bikes.
Their flagship value product, the Skyline internally routed dropper post, is available for $99.00 USD complete with a two-year warranty. The Skyline features all the bells and whistles found on other modern posts, including a sealed hydraulic cartridge, 125mm drop, and a 6061 aluminum alloy construction. See photos of the Skyline, followed by a complete product list and pricing below.
