It’s hard to believe we’re already sharing fall/winter product launches, but summer is often a whirlwind, and some folks might be ready for cooler temps and slower days. Velocio just released its latest fall/winter collection, made up of several new cycling apparel items, including speedy lycra gear, thermal bib shorts, and merino base layers. Find details on a few items from their Adventure and Trail lineups that caught our eye below.
Trail Alpha Insulated Vest
For those cool mornings when a little extra insulation is needed, the Trail Alpha Insulated Vest is filled with Polartec Alpha insulation, features a double-weave, abrasion-resistant shell, and is reinforced in high-wear areas. It features a casual hoodie silhouette that works both on and off the bike, with some on-bike patterning for easy range of motion while riding. It’s available in two colors (Black or Army) and costs $219 USD.
Trail Alpha Hoodie
The Trail Alpha Hoodie shares all the same specs as the vest but offers more warmth and coverage for colder conditions. It’s also insulated with Polartec Alpha, features “workwear-inspired functionality,” and is available in the same two color options. It costs $299 USD.
Trail Merino Long Sleeve
The Trail Merino Long Sleeve has been updated with a more relaxed and boxy fit, a refined collar and arm panel, and a new heavyweight grid-backed merino fabric. It’s available in three colors (Madder Brown, Black, and Arrowood) in both men’s and women’s sizes and costs $109 USD.
