Georgia, USA

We hit three states (Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina) and three national forests in a 75-mile overnighter. North Georgia’s long climbs had me in my granny gear more than I’d like to admit, but the goldenrod and asters were poppin’ on the roadsides, which helped ease the pain.
Washington, USA

Finally got out on a remote-ish bikepacking trip—my first! A buddy and I headed up to the Green Mountain area after work on Friday. It was only about 12 miles up to camp, but it was well past sunset by the time we got there, which made for some fun riding on a bit of singletrack and some chunky doubletrack in the dark. In the morning, we capped off the adventure with a massive breakfast at a trashy dive bar/diner on the way home. Great way to start the weekend.
Scottish Highlands

A campsite with spectacular views of lochs, rutting stags, and ravens! My first solo bikepacking trip—a circular route from Dalwhinnie to Corrour and back to Dalwhinnie over three days. Wonderful gravel route providing a bit of everything!
