I took this photo rolling into Currier Springs Horse Camp in the Fremont Tier of the Oregon Timber Trail. After a long day of hike-a-bike and multiple chain breaks, it was nice to roll on some gravel in the golden hour light. Not pictured are the 20-plus cows that kept me company with mooing throughout the evening.

It was a pleasure bringing two first-time bikepackers along a section of trail between Swan Falls Dam and Celebration Park in southwestern Idaho. This adventurous little ride packed in plenty of hike-a-bike through the basalt boulder fields deposited by the Bonneville Flood roughly 17,000 years ago.

This past weekend, my friend Tim Doyle and I took on the Elk Rut Ramble in Pennsylvania. The roads and weather were incredible, and the Elk sighting was icing on the cake. Highly recommend this area for riding. This photo is from Bucktail Overlook and highlights the beauty of the Endless Mountains.
