Gravel to the Grave (Video)

In “Gravel to the Grave,” Kona Factory Team rider Miranda Miller challenges herself with a massive ride across Vancouver Island to push the limits of her comfort zone. Watch the video and find a selection of photos from her ride here…

Inspired by extraordinary feats of endurance by the likes of Lael Wilcox and Lachlan Morton and on the hunt for a challenging ride of her own, “Gravel to the Grave” follows enduro racer and Kona Factory Team rider Miranda Miller as she trades her usual shred sled for her gravel bike to ride an unknown 360-kilometer route through the night and past the limits of anything she’s done before. In setting out for this challenge, she wanted to find out how she’d fare when pushed out of her comfort zone of gravity and enduro riding. Watch the video of Miranda’s 19-hour ride across the endless gravel roads of northern Vancouver Island below:

“I couldn’t imagine myself capable of any of it. But then, why not? Will I ever find out the length and breadth of my capabilities if I don’t force myself to take on a challenge like this?”—Miranda Miller
